My Approach
Meaningful change happens when insight, compassion, and curiosity come together. My work is collaborative and tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy practices to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional growth. I value creating a space where people feel understood, encouraged, and empowered.
My Background
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) with nearly ten years of clinical experience and specialization in working with adults with anxiety, trauma, depression and mood imbalances, addiction recovery, relational issues, and life transitions.
My path into psychology was shaped by a genuine interest in how people grow through challenge and how understanding oneself can create meaningful change. What began as curiosity, became a commitment to supporting individuals in making sense of their experiences and moving forward with intention.

Trauma
The lasting impact of past experiences can show up as hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, or difficulty feeling safe in relationships. Therapy focuses on building awareness, strengthening coping skills, and supporting a sense of agency and empowerment.
Beyond the Therapy Room
The balance and intentionality I encourage in therapy are values I actively practice outside of sessions. I enjoy playing with my pup, spending time with board games and jigsaw puzzles, getting lost in a good book, and traveling. These moments of play, exploration, and reflection help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of curiosity, connection, and presence, which are values I also bring into my work with clients.
