  • I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and challenges related to self-esteem and personal growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs. If you are unsure whether your concerns are a fit, a consultation can help clarify next steps.

  • Yes. I offer a brief consultation to help determine whether my services are a good fit for your needs and to answer any initial questions you may have. Consultations are informational and not therapy sessions.

  • Yes, all sessions are conducted on a HIPAA compliant video platform.

  • A standard therapy session is 53 minutes, which allows for time for thoughtful conversation and focused, purposeful work.

  • Getting started is simple. You can schedule a free consultation through Alma or reach out via the contact form on the contact page, phone or email. During the consultation, we will discuss your goals, answer any questions, and determine whether working together is a good fit. Ongoing sessions are offered via telehealth to adults located in California.

  • This depends upon if you are using insurance or self-pay methods. Current rates and payment information are discussed during the consultation. I am happy to answer any questions you may have at that time.

    I provide out-of-network services. Many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits, which may allow for partial reimbursement depending upon your plan. I provide documentation to help you seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

  • I work Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9 and 6. I have current availability for new clients. Please contact me to discuss my specific availability.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, consistency, and trust within the therapeutic space. Session frequency can be adjusted over time based on your goals, needs, and progress.
